Creative Instructional Design (CID) are specialists in instructional design.

This workshop will give participants an overall understanding of current instructional design required in this field in this century.

Our day covers the major areas of the practical application of

• systematic design of instruction
• ATQF compliance in an RTO environment
• designing learning for behavioural capabilities
• rich media for effective and appealing learning, and
• designing real time workplace learning using all those ideas and approaches in the one project

The focus of the day is specifically instructional design, not presentation skills.

The workshop will be faciliated by a range of ID experts. If participants want to gain an in depth knowledge of a particular area, the facilitators will be able to provide:

• follow up programs, or
• coaching

It will also be useful for participants to observe the facilitators explaining their areas of expertise if they want to engage them on a consulting basis.
